It has been stated in the reply filed by the respondent Corporation that the Corporation has addressed a letter to the Deputy Secretary, Port and Transport on 27.04.2012 in reference to the earlier letter dated 27.02.2012 and has again requested the Deputy Secretary to take necessary approval from the State Government on the ground of compassionate appointment to eligible persons.
It is submitted by Ms. Mamta R. Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant that the decision taken by the respondent Corporation would be subject to approval by the State Government that has not yet been granted.
Ms.
Trusha Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader, may take instructions regarding the time frame within which the State Government would be in a position to take a decision in the matter.
