Heard Sri Istiyaq Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Tarun Varma, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are ready and willing to pay the entire amount due against them to the Bank within stipulated period fixed by the Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents Bank has no objection in accepting the entire amount within a period fixed by the Court.
The petitioner is directed to pay the entire amount due against them, within next ten days.
Failure to deposit the entire amount within time as stated above will leave it open to the respondents to proceed in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
