Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Revision No. 58 of 2017 (Yashwant Vs. Neelam and others) filed by him under Section 12 (6) and (7) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 is pending before the respondent No. 2, Additional District Judge (II), District Mau since 20.11.2017 and not being decided.
This writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid revision, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
