Heard Sri S.K. Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.P. Singh Kachhawah, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the prayer no.1 of the writ petition.
As to the remaining prayer, it has been submitted, though permit has been granted in favour of the petitioner, yet no decision has been communicated by the respondent no.3 on Form J submitted by the petitioner on 30.6.2021 with respect to the Vehicle bearing registration Nos.UP-61-H-4925.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3 may take a decision on Form J submitted by the petitioner on 30.6.2021 with respect to the Vehicle bearing registration Nos.UP-61-H-4925 as expeditiously as possible, necessarily within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
