The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the first information report dated 10.12.2019 as case Crime No. 0885 of 2019, under Sections 406 and 409 I.P.C. police station Karvi Kotwali Nagar, district Chitrakoot lodged by the respondent no.3.
After some argument the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioner to rake up his grievance before appropriate forum.
