JUDGMENT / ORDER

By order dated 07.11.2012, the notices were issued to the respondents which were not served on the respondents.
Today, Mr.Nirav Sanjeev, learned advocate states that he has requested for direct service, which was granted by this Court, but the same could not be served due to strange relation between the appellant and respondents and therefore, he requests for fresh notice in the matter. Mr.Nirav Sanjeev, learned advocate further states that the appellant has already been deposited the decreetal amount before Trial Court.
Office is directed to issue fresh Notice returnable on 17.01.2013.
