At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause for filing the present writ petition no more survives and the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the charge-sheet qua to the petitioners has already been submitted in the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
