Further proceedings in Case No. 1848 of 2017 (State Vs. Yashpal Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 415 of 2014, under Sections 452, 504, 506, 427, 384 IPC, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur, shall remain stayed against the applicants till the next date of listing.
