Learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Yashpal Singh @ Sonu in Case Crime No.183 of 2021, under sections 323, 386 I.P.C., P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application provided that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the bail application of the applicant, if given, expeditiously on the same day.
In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is rejected as not pressed.
A direction is however given to the court below that in case applicant surrenders and gives bail application, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously and preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
