THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit ad idem that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed in W.P.No.9607/2019 (D.D.5.3.2019) and the present writ petitions deserve to be disposed of in similar terms.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitions stand disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.9607/2019 referred to above. The orders impugned at Annexures-‘B’ and ‘D’ are set aside. The respondent No.1 is directed to re-consider the petitioner’s application for renewal of permit in accordance with law. Till the said consideration is made, the petitioner shall not operate the services. All the rights and contentions of the petitioner are left open including the issue of jurisdiction.
Writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of the above.
