JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed by the petitioner for condonation of delay of 3 days caused in preferring Misc. Civil Application for restoration of First Appeal.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the ground stated in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay is condoned. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
