MR.Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule for the respondent-State.
Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf both the sides , so also considering the relevant papers annexed with this application and more particularly, wedding card and further the fact that, in the application, it is stated that sister of wife of applicant-accused has died, the temporary bail earlier granted deserves to be partly extended.
In above view of the matter, the application is partly allowed and the order of temporary bail dated 12.06.2012, passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.7567 of 2012 is further extended till 03.07.2012 on the same terms and conditions and after the expiry of said period of temporary bail, he shall immediately surrender before the jail authority.
Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
