ORDER None appears for the petitioner.
2. Shri Nasrulla Khan, learned HCGP appearing for the State has filed a Memo of even date stating that petitioner has challenged the registration of FIR in these proceedings. However, after investigation, police have filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.15715/2014. The said memo reads as follows:
“The respondent No.2 hereby reports that the Respondent No.1/T.R.Nagar Police has filed Final Report in C.C.No.15715/2014. The petitioner has challenged (sic prayed for) quashing of FIR in Crime No.2/2014. This is for kind information of this Hon’ble Court.”
3. The submission and memo of learned HCGP is placed on record.
4. Petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if the petitioner is so advised.
No costs.
