This writ petition, coming on for preliminary hearing ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER This writ petition is directed against the order dated 30.03.2015 passed by the first respondent produced at Annexure-A.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act and therefore the writ petition is not maintainable. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The submissions of the learned counsel for respondent No.2 is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable since the petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act.
