Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No. 11 Agriculture and Co-operation (MKT.I) Department, dated 18.8.2014, issued by the first respondent and consequential orders issued by respondent No.2 vide proceedings No. S-1 (G)333/NLG/2014 dated 18-8-2014, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Principles of Natural Justice and for a consequential direction to set aside the same.”
At the hearing, Mr.M.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one questioning the ordinance.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.35184 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
