This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the Order passed by respondent No.3
vide Rc.No.4401/14L, dated 11-10-2014, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, on the alleged variations in the stocks of rice and sugar, pending enquiry.
Upon carefully considering the facts of the case, I am of the opinion that it would be in the interests of justice if respondent No.3 concludes the enquiry impartially, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, pass a rational order with proper reasons and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44193 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
