1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 23.7.1998 passed by Special Judge/Addl. Sessions Judge, Bijnor in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 1997 whereby dismissing the appeal of the revisionist and upholding the conviction and sentence passed in order and judgment dated 17.6.1997 by A.C.J.M. Bijnor in Criminal Case No. 32 of 1997 convicting the revisionist of charges under Section 435 IPC and U/s 504 IPC.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
