JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.11724 (W) of 2012) This is an application for substitution.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that during pendency of writ petition, the sole petitioner died on 17.12.2011 leaving behind one son and two daughters as heirs and legal representatives. In the interest of justice, their substitution in the writ petition is necessary.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is permitted to substitute the heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner, within a week.
