Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Sri Vikrant Raghuvanshi, learned counsel has accepted notices on behalf of opposite party Nos.2 to 5 and has put in appearance on their behalf.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner, while assailing the impugned orders dated 27.08.2012, 29.10.2013 and 26.10.2018 prayed that the opposite parties be directed to pay the petitioner's regular pension without deduction of any amount.
It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner retired on 30.09.2009 and the recovery has been initiated against him after his retirement without following due procedure of law.
List this petition on 31.01.2019 as fresh to enable Sri Vikrant Raghuvanshi, learned counsel for the opposite parties, to seek complete instructions in the matter.
