Heard Sri Mohd. Khalil, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.N. Mulla, the learned A.G.A.
Considering that the applicant is the brother and the allegation against him is of killing his real sister, prima facie, case could be of honour killing, trial is already underway, the Court is not impressed with the argument that witnesses of fact have turned hostile, no good ground is made out to enlarge the applicant on bail.
The bail of applicant- Yameen is rejected.
