Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj, U.P. the body which conducts the examination for Basic Training Certificate appeared before the Court and he informed that as per law as and when the next examination takes place, the petitioner shall be allowed to appear in the fourth semester examination of B.T.C. Training, provided he fills up the form.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
