ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not handing over the 48 cows purchased by the petitioner in an auction conducted on 18-6-2014 and 19-6- 2014 by receiving the balance amount of Rs.6,78,000/- even after receiving the fodder for maintaining the same is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to receive the balance amount of Rs.6,78,000/- and hand over the 48 cows to the petitioner.”
At the hearing, Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.34915 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
