THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1311 of 2014 ORDER :
The petitioners claimed to be the document writers and averred that they submitted a representation to the Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh on 21.12.2013 ventilating their grievance regarding the steps taken by the Government to facilitate citizens to utilise Mee-Seva services on online.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said representation is not disposed till date and seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the said representation.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take a decision on the said representation dated 21.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law and communicate the same to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
