This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R On 02.12.2019, this Court has passed peremptory order with a specific direction that if the petitioner’s counsel does not appear and assist the Court for disposal of the petition on the next date of hearing, the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even then, the learned counsel for petitioner remained absent since morning though the case is called thrice.
Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
