It is stated on oath that In-charge Police Officer of Radhanpur Police Station has refused to accept the service of notice and, therefore, the Police Inspector and PSI of Radhanpur Police Station are directed to remain personally present before this Court on 9.4.2012.
Notice returnable on 9.4.2012. Learned APP, waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3.
Direct service to respondent No.2 and respondent Nos. 4 to 14 to be served through In-charge Police Officer of Radhanpur Police Station.
