1. Leave to amend and add parties as per the title of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18512 of 2011. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
2. Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the parties, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. By way of this application, the applicants have prayed for being joined as party respondents in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18512 of 2011.
4. Considering the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be accepted. It appears from the averments made in the application that the applicants are directly affected. Hence, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to be added as party respondent at their costs.
