ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings Rc.B/1910/2014 dated 25-9-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner fair price shop No.10, Utukuru Village, Vinjamur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.”
In obedience to the notice issued by this Court, Mr. M.V. Ramana, Revenue Divisional Officer, Atmakur, is personally present. He has stated that on realizing his mistake in passing the impugned order, he has restored the petitioner’s authorization, by revoking the suspension order vide proceedings in Rc.B.1910/2014 dated 05.11.2014, and dropped further proceedings.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel to the closure of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40063 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
