JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the caveator has raised a preliminary objection that necessary parties have not been impleaded in the writ petition. Therefore the same is defective and merits dismissal as such.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that objection raised is a purely technical objection. However, he prays for a very short time to file an impleadment application.
Prayer is allowed.
Put up as fresh on 20th March, 2014 by which time the impleadment will be filed.
