Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and perused the record.
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondent no.2 (District Magistrate, Mathura) to consider the representation of the petitioner for allowing fencing of the plot of which patta was granted to petitioner's father, so as to protect the crops from animals, etc.
Such a prayer can appropriately be addressed by the Sub- Divisional-Magistrate of the Tehsil concerned(respondent no.3).
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to represent his cause to the third respondent (Sub-Divisional-Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mathura). If any such application is made, within two weeks from today, the same shall be addressed and decided expeditiously, preferably, within next eight weeks. In case permission of any other authority is required, the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, shall forward the application to the concerned authority.
The petition is disposed off.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
