Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioners basically want that the illegal encroachment of the private respondents 6 -9 be directed to be removed as it has obstructed the passage of the petitioners.
The dispute as raised by the petitioners is within the private domain, for which purpose, the writ petition is not maintainable.
In case, any obstruction has been caused in the right of way of the petitioners, the remedy available to them is by way of a civil suit or by action under Section 133 Cr.P.C.
The writ petition, accordingly, disposed of.
