Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
The petitioner has preferred with the following prayers:-
"[I] Issue an order or direction directing the the learned Civil Judge Mathura to conclude the trial of the Original Suit No.780 of 2013 (Yadav Singh Vs. Perodi Realters Pvt. Ltd. IVth Floor J.S. Arked, Section 18 Noida 201301) filed by the petitioner for cancellation of the registered sale deed dated 06.06.2013 executed by the petitioner/plaintiff in favour of the respondent/defendant pending since 13.12.2013 within a stipulated of time as granted by this Hon'ble Court."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 2013, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge Mathura to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
