This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 03.01.2014 in W.P.No.92 of 2014.
Mr. G. Shiva Kumar Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter dated 23.06.2014 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has informed that the petitioners seek withdrawal of the contempt case and requested for posting of the case for withdrawal.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, in view of the above-mentioned letter addressed by their counsel, the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn.
