1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has requested for urgent circulation of present petition. The request was made yesterday. In view of the explanation given by learned advocate for the petitioner, permission for circulation was granted. Accordingly the petition is circulated for admission hearing today.
2. Today when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner requested for passover (after arguing the petition to some extent) for placing on record relevant documents, particularly the Notice said to have been issued by the Commissioner intimating the date and time of visit of Commissioner. Though this Court accepted the request and granted passover, now when the petition is again called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner has not returned and has not attended the hearing and relevant documents are still not placed on record.
3. However instead of dismissing the petition hearing is adjourned to 29.6.2012.
