JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing Mr. Mukul Sinha, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners is not present. On his behalf Mr. Mankad, learned advocate is present.
2. Mr. Mankad, learned advocate for Mr. Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Mr. Sinha is held up in another part-heard matter. On behalf of the petitioners and on behalf of Mr. Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Mankad, learned advocate requested that hearing of present petition may be adjourned to 17.9.2012.
3. Mr. Mankad, learned advocate for the petitioners also made grievance that the respondents have not complied with the direction as per order dated 30.8.2012. It is submitted that the affidavit stating that the order has not been complied with has been filed by the petitioners.
4. Mr. Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is also not present. Until now anyone has not entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
5. Mr. Rushang D. Mehta, learned advocate on behalf of Mr. Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is present. He has tendered further reply affidavit which is taken on record. Mr. Mankad, learned advocate for Mr. Sinha, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has received copy of said reply affidavit.
Having regard to the request made by learned advocate for the petitioners the proceedings of the petition are adjourned to 17.9.2012.
