Mr.
Mukul Sinha, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that inadvertently a mistake has occurred in annexing a copy of the order dated 24.07.2012 (which is placed at Annexure-A) and that therefore, permission to replace Annexure-A may be granted.
Leave to amend so as to replace Annexure-A is granted.
Mr.Mehta, learned advocate has placed on record a communication dated 15.10.2012 which gives out that the petitioners have been paid commission at old rate i.e. at 15%. The said communication is taken on record. However, the insurance company shall place the said communication on record under an affidavit on the next date of hearing.
In that view of the matter any other/further order is not passed and the earlier order will continue until next date of hearing. S.O. to 23rd October 2012.
