1. Mr. Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioners has tendered draft amendment dated 1.11.2012 and requested for permission to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment.
2. Subject to respondents' right to file reply in response to the details mentioned in the draft amendment and sought to be added in the petition by virtue of the said draft amendment, request to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
3. Mr. Mehta learned advocate appearing for the respondents has requested for time to file affidavit with reference to the amendment.
4. The respondents may file their reply with reference to the details incorporated in the petition by virtue of the draft amendment on next date of hearing.
5. The respondents Insurance Company or Union of India will place on record the circular dated 24.9.2012 issued by Union or India on or before the next dated of hearing. The respondents may supply a copy of the reply to the learned advocate for the petitioners on or before 3.11.2012 and the reply may be placed on record on or before next date of hearing i.e. 5.11.2012.
