Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 16.4.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 116 of 2021, under Section 3 (1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Jaunpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested and therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
