It appears that the petitioner has been engaged as a special counsel for the State in the case registered as case crime no. 583 of 2018(State versus Prashant Nutt and others) under Sectons 147, 148, 149, 124A, 323, 333, 353, 34, 336, 307, 427, 436, 395, 302, 34 I.P.C. and Section 7 Crl. Law Amendment Act, police station Sayana,district Bulandsahar.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandsahar looking to the threat perception involved in the matter has provided a personnel security to the petitioner for a period of one month by order dated 31.3.2021. It is for the State authorities to examine the threat perception against a person particularly in a situation where the State government has chosen to avail the services of a practicing lawyer.
This Court may not enter into any such exercise in absence of a right which may have accrued in favour of the petitioner on the strength of the order as contained annexure 8 to the writ petition.
Leaving it open to the state authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
