Counter affidavit may be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List for admission after the expiry of the aforesaid period.
At the outset it appears from the pleadings and perusal of the judgment that the dispute appears to be as per material on record whether the appellant is a tenant or a licensee. This Court will scrutinize this case after exchange of pleadings to formulate substantial question of law, if any. If any substantial question of law arises , the matter may be dealt with accordingly.
For a period of three months, the appellant Yash Deo shall not be evicted from the site as indicated "Ga" in the judgment.
