O R D E R Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Crime No.35/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 406 of IPC.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.1 submits that after completion of investigation, ‘B’ report is submitted by the Investigating Officer on 12.01.2016.
4. In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
