This writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not implementing the proceedings in RC.No.11864/2008-HR-4, dated 29-01-2014 issued by the 2nd respondent for initiating both civil and criminal cases against the erring defunct Managing Committee of A.P. High Court Mutually Aided Cooperative Society and others as pointed out in the findings of the Inquiry Report, dated 01-01-2014 of the 4th respondent-Inquiry Officer for committing financial irregularities and other violations of the provisions of Bye Laws as well as A.P. Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation on instructions states that in pursuance of the proceedings dated 29-01-2014, O.P. was filed before the Cooperative Tribunal under Section 31 of A.P. Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995 and criminal proceedings are also initiated.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
