ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in suspending the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, vide proceedings in Rc.No.1533/2014-B, dated 19.09.2014.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) has placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.1533/2014-B, dated 02.12.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has withdrawn the impugned order and resorted the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In the light of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3 by restoring the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary and the same is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46423 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
