The Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.90 of 2011 of Adilabad I Town Police Station, Adilabad District.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the criminal petition. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.4225 of 2014 is ordered.
Consequently, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
