JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.3352 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Further, it is seen that appropriate party is not added as respondent in this case.
3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
