Ullal, Advocate for R2) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India praying to declare that any action taken pursuant to the preliminary notification dated 03.02.2003 vide Annexure-B and the final notification dated 23.02.2004 vide Annexure-C and again final notification dated 18.06.2014 vide Annexure-D published by the respondents for implementation of layout called Arkavathi Layout has having no consequence in the eye of law and illegal in so far as it concerns to the petitioner land in Sy.No.2/2 measuring 2 acres 20 guntas and in Sy.No.2/3 measuring 3 acres 19 guntas totally 5 acres 39 guntas situated at Sampige Halli village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for petitioner has filed a memo dated 21.03.2019 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the petition.
