ORDER :
The petitioner is one of the purchasers in respect of property situated in Survey No.144/LU to an extent of Ac.5.35 guntas and Ac.1.00 in Survey No.144/A of Balapur Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The vendors of the petitioner executed a registered sale deed dated 30.09.2014 who were the joint pattedars of the said property. On verification of the revenue records, before entering into the sale transaction the petitioner found the names of the vendors duly recorded in the revenue records and their names continued in the pahanies as pattedars and were in possession. After having satisfied with the title of the vendors, the sale was entered into. When the said document was presented before the Joint Sub- Registrar, Ranga Reddy, East (L.B.Nagar) (3rd respondent), the 3rd respondent received the document, assigned pending document No.P- 2881/2014 and kept the document pending. Initially the 3rd respondent asked the petitioner to produce No Objection Certificate from the Urban Land Ceiling authorities. Accordingly, the same was obtained and clearance certificate was produced along with sketch map. The 3rd respondent sought for clarification from the Deputy Collector-cum- Tahsildar, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (4th respondent) vide letter dated 07.10.2014 regarding the nature of land and requested the 4th respondent to issue clarification.

The 4th respondent in his letter bearing No.B/3913/2014 dated 24.10.2014 informed the 3rd respondent that already there was a sale transaction in Survey No.144, though it was classified as patta land, and if the sale deed presented by the petitioner is accepted, it would amount to double registration. In view of the said letter of the 4th respondent, the registering authority has not registered the document.
Aggrieved thereby this writ petition is instituted.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions furnished by the 4th respondent. It is seen from the said written instructions that on a representation submitted by the petitioner to the Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District, the Joint-Collector-I, having looked into the grievance, directed the 4th respondent to withdraw the letters No.B/2816/2014 dated 26.09.2014 and B/3913/2014 dated 24.10.2014. Accordingly, the 4th respondent informed the learned Government Pleader that the letter which is assailed in this writ petition is withdrawn. To this extent a letter bearing No.B/3848/2014 dated 26.11.2014 is addressed to the Joint Sub-Registrar-I.
4. In view of the withdrawal of letter dated 24.10.2014, the hindrance created to process deed of conveyance, which was assigned P. No.2881/2014, is now removed. The 3rd respondent is directed to process the document P.No.2881/2014 in accordance with Indian Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act. If there is no other impediment in registering the document, he shall register and release the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
