Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in pursuance of the First Respondent's impugned order in R.A.5(2)/48519/2009 A.A.No.72/09, dated 10.05.2011 and quash the said order and consequently direct the respondents to grant Gun/Pistol licence to the petitioner immediately.
