ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in RC.D1CS/4769/2014, dated 31.07.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization while issuing show cause notice on the ground that there are certain variations in the essential commodities between the Sales and Stock Registers and the physical balance.
Considering the fact that the impugned order was passed as far back as 31.07.2014, I do not find any reason to entertain the Writ Petition for adjudicating on the legality or otherwise of the impugned order at this length of time. However, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry, wherein he shall give a fair opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, after supplying her the report in Rc.No.B/168/2014, dated 18.07.2014, of the Tahsildar, Singanamala, referred to in the impugned order, and pass an appropriate reasoned order within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.47806 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
