Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 26.12.2016 for deleting the wrong entries made in the revenue records in respect of lands measuring an extent of 0.19.5 Hectare in Survey No.244/1, 0.10.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/3, 0.20.0 in Survey No.244/5, 0.09.0 Hectare in Survey No.244/8, 0.21.0 Hectare in Survey No.250/8 and 0.06.0 Hectare in Survey No.264/7, Vengatesapuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, in view of the submission of documents as required under Order dated 5.10.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2016, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.Naveenathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2016, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
