JUDGMENT / ORDER

After hearing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Review Petition, without prejudice to his rights to file a separate writ petition agitating grievance related to his service conditions.
2. Permission is granted. Review petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to rights of the petitioner to agitate his grievances in a separate writ petition.
